Long time, no post
wow.....now why has it been so long between posts? good question without a good answer.
we got more snow today, and everything is quite beautiful....all the brown is covered and it looks clean in comparison to the rather ratty look of dead grass and dirty remains of ice and snow.
my birthday week was quite fun....patrick and jewlee were here, so we got to have some time together and eat some good food. good combos for sure. everybody is gone now so it's seeming terribly quiet. guess we are missing them. :)
i went for a walk in a woodsy park earlier this week. usually the paths are plowed, but that hadn't happened, so we just tromped through the snow. i stopped a couple of times to catch my breath, but it wasn't an asthma problem. it was an out of shape problem! guess i should be working on that issue! one of these days. uh huh.
i'm meeting judy at the mall in the morning for another walk. that is more my speed, inside, flattish, not snowy, hilly etc. probably the snowier more challenging trek is best for the bod.
