the remaking of a kitchen

slowly, slowly we are getting a wood floor. it's fun to study the boards and enjoy the diversity in the grain. it's amazing and probably a bit crazy, but we are enjoying it. we are also enjoying the fact that we won't have anyone in the house except for the 2 of us for a whole two days. wooohooo
