thanks! he used something called phomollient that was pretty amazing. i used some volumizing sol'n today and it was not as effective. guess i'll have to try the surf. :)
 

i've used the phomallient... when i had long hair. the surf spray can be used wet, and then blow dried, or when it's dry. for the latter, you gotta rub your head fast with your hands to dry it. it works.

thanks david. i like that it's shorter. sarah, i am going it on my own and with a bit of what i have on hand, then i will consider between the two products. the phom---- can also be used wet or dry, altho i haven't tried it either way myself.
