the remaking of a kitchen

these photos were left out of the first group of ft rob images....i somehow didn't download them to the computer. things happen. things don't happen. sigh. the riders are gene, brian, kari, kelsey, jewlee and patrick. horses seem a lot taller when you are up in the saddle, but everyone hung in there and had a good ride. kelsey was a star....the shortest person on a tall horse. good job kels!!
the first pictures are in the corral as everyone is getting their assignment and then sitting on their horses waiting for the start of the ride. the group in the distance is our gang heading off into the buttes.

this is a whole load of photos of our trip to northwestern nebraska and ft rob. there were things to do for all ages....a long horse ride, a pony ride and a ride on a stagecoach. we could eat in our sizeable dining rooms, and each family took turns cooking. there was also a nice restaurant with buffalo burgers and steaks and a tasty salad bar. some took off for the nearby golf course and some enjoyed a beer or two. it was a great success from all reports!
